Dieting doesn't work
You may have tried lots of approaches so far like numerous diet plans, starving yourself, trying to exercise or even just ignoring it altogether. My guess is that you've lost weight and then put it on, and this has happened many times....what we call yo-yo dieting....and all of that doesn’t make you feel great does it?
The reason why these approaches to loosing weight often don't work is because they fail to address the underlying reasons why you put weight on.

My approach to help you
My approach to weight loss/management is achieved in several ways. By drawing on approaches from Cognitive and Analytical Hypnotherapy, NLP and Time Line Therapy we are able to remove those limiting beliefs or mental blocks that have stopped you achieving your goals before we start with our weight reduction programme.
Over the course of just a few weeks we can begin to notice the changes that let you know you're in control again. You'll find you are eating less, you have more self control and your confidence is returning.
We take this a step further by putting into place changes to how you eat and devising a basic and gentle exercise plan. The essence is to not stop you eating the things you love to, nothing is 'off the menu', so you don't feel deprived nor punished.
I have found that the initial stages of the hypnoband process are so good at creating change and losing weight, that i now incorporate them into my process for all weight loss clients.
