You started as a non smoker; it’s the way you were, you could do anything, take part in any activity, or be in any situation without even thinking about a cigarette.

You may have started smoking when you were younger and for many it was a conscious decision to do so. Over time it became a habit, and like most habits, it’s hard to break by willpower alone because it becomes part of you and an automated subconscious process. You start to associate smoking with certain activities and hence rely on them more in those situations.

Once this cycle begins, the choice to smoke is no longer within your ability to control consciously, so when you decide to stop, it can be challenging. Non-smokers do not think about or desire cigarettes because it is not in their mind set, as it once was not in yours.

The approach we use to stop you smoking now is painless, drug free and incredibly liberating. It’s about breaking those habits and beliefs subconsciously that you associate with smoking.

We use NLP, Hypnosis, PSTEC and belief busting strategies during our session to turn you into a non smoker.

This means that you will be free of any craving or desire to smoke. The reason being, by the end of the session we would have reprogrammed your subconscious to be that of a non smoker...just the way you used to be!
