NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming)
This is an approach developed in the 1970's by Richard Bandler and John Grinder.
What does it mean:
Neuro- the idea that all behaviour is the result of information we receive from our 5 senses.
Linguistic- we use languages to order our thoughts and communicate.
Programming- the way we use the above to create our behaviour.
It incorporates a large number of techniques that can significantly improve your life and those of people around you in a very short period of time. It works by allowing me as a performance breakthrough coach to understand human processes around everyday activities that currently might not give the desired effect, to then change them to give you the right solution.
Its use is wide ranging, and can be used to reduce issues such as phobias, improve sales and sports performance or promote greater self development.

Cognitive Hypnotherapy
Cognitive hypnotherapy differs from many other forms available because it aims to offer you a very modern approach to therapy using the very latest ideas and techniques. My job is to act as a guide to help you find your own solutions and resources to issues, so that you can take control of your own life once again. The use of light relaxation techniques help you focus on resolving your issues with the power of your own mind.

Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT)
Integral Eye Movement Therapy is a brief therapy that utilises the application of neurological principles in order to generate rapid change in the area of undesired neurological imprints (memories and feelings). The IEM therapy model answers the question " How did the client learn to feel this way, about that thing?", and applies specific change at the right neurological level.
I.E.M Therapy brings the client more into the present and enables the client to stay out of past negative experiences permanently.
I.E.M Therapy can help even the most resistant emotional problems to be resolved quickly. The method is especially useful in teenagers and clients who find it hard to articulate their emotional states and problems for which they are seeking help.
So for example, those who are 'stuck in the past' being held back by anger, sadness, fear, hurt and guilt, I.E.M Therapy can help to resolve the problems generating these negative emotions and probably in the shortest time. If there are identity, value and beliefs or self esteem issues such as, "I am no good," "I am clumsy", "I'm not loved", they can often be addressed rapidly through this process.

Word Weaving(TM)
This technique makes the approach I use very unique. It's a style of communication developed and taught by the internationally recognised Trevor Silvester (founder of The Quest Institute ). Many therapists use a one size fits all approach irrespective of your background, reasons for change and motives for seeking help. No two smokers are the same; neither are two people with a spider phobia or lacking in confidence. With that in mind, the same approach will have limited impact. Wordweaving allows a Quest trained professional to incorporate many of a clients own words and thoughts. It makes the approach more acceptable and very personal to you, so much so, that it might not be until later, and looking back, that you realise how very little effort was needed to make a change.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Therapy)
This is a simple technique that has far reaching effects. It's based on similar principles to those used in traditional acupuncture, but without the invasive use of needles. It's applied with the fingertips tapping on specific acupressure points. You are shown where to apply the tapping (usually on the face, hand and chest). The tapping can be accompanied by vocal affirmations that work to remove the emotional blocks in your energy system. It helps to restore the mind, body and feelings to a balanced state, that's not limited by negative emotions.
This is a great technique which can be applied in various situations like personal and self development, reducing stress, eliminating fears and phobias, instilling positive thoughts etc.
