With 16 years industry experience, my background is predominantly in Sales Recruitment and HR within the retail, recruitment and financial services sectors. It was during the last few years of my HR career that I developed a passion for helping people. I found immense satisfaction and genuine reward in offering guidance, compassion and advice that helped many people transform and promote themselves in the best possible way by believing in what they had to offer.

My career exposed me to a wide variety of human issues that many of us experience at some point in our lives like bereavement, bullying, gambling addictions, lack of motivation, being nervous about meetings/presentations, lacking self belief, anxiety and stress. I always found that for many, taking the first step in seeking help and having someone to talk to was always the hardest step but also the most important step in regaining control.

I decided that this is where I wanted to focus my career. So I trained at the internationally recognised The Quest Institute under Trevor Silvester, the Author of Wordweaving I and II(TM) and at The Performance Partnership under David Shephard. I am fully insured and a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy.

• Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT) Practitioner
• Certified MIND FACTOR Coach (certified by DR. Karl Morris, one of Europe's leading Sports Psychologists)
• HPD - Hypnotherapy Practitioners Diploma (Awarded by the NCH and accredited through NCFE. The UK's first nationally recognised and externally accredited qualification in Hypnotherapy. Fast becoming recognised as the National Benchmark Standard within the profession)
• MNCH - Member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy
• Grad CIPD- Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development
• BPS level A - British Psychological Society. Level A testing

I am committed to continuous professional development (CPD) to ensure that I'm able to provide you with the most up to date understanding and expertise in my practice through courses, seminars, reviewing research and reading material and close contact with other practitioners.
